Would You Trade 100 Bucks For A Chance At A 400-Thousand Home? – newstalkkit.com

The homes of today are nothing like most homes from the past.  Sure, there are some old jewels out there but the modern, well-crafted home with modern materials, design, and technology is amazing. Wouldn't it be great to own one!?
One way you might trade your old, familiar, comfortable house for a new, exciting, and modern home is through the Perry Technical Institutes Foundation’s truly unique ‘Win a Home’ campaign.
There is a maximum of 6-thousand tickets for sale at $100 each.  You could win a new home estimated to be worth $400,000 for a $100 investment.  Great prize and good odds!  If less than 4,000 tickets are sold, the prize will be 50% of ticket sales, minus expenses.
Perry Tech's part of the deal is to take the ticket sales money and use it for student scholarships, and the build gives students in the Construction, Electrical, HVAC/R, and Plumbing hands-on experience building the 2,522 sq. ft. home.
The home is located at 2101 S. 74th Ave. in Yakima,  Last day to purchase tickets is Fri., Dec. 31st, 2021, and the drawing is scheduled for Saturday, January 8, 2022.
SAT, OCT 9th from 10AM-2PM
